RJR News / The Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ) is reporting a 10 per cent voter turnout between the hours of 7 and 11 o clock for Local Government Elections.     A total of 183,743 ballots were cast across all 7,050 polling stations.           Meanwhile, 782 electors voted for the mayor of the Municipality of Portmore during the same time period. This accounts for 8.12 per cent of the electors eligible to vote in that election.           Voting continues slowly across the island, with polls set to close at 5:00 p.m. today.
