RJR News / Several teams have made adjustments to their rosters ahead of Friday’s start of the fifth staging of the Caribbean Premier League T20 competition. The St Lucia Stars have announced two changes to their squad with New Zealander, Jesse Ryder coming in for South African batsman David Miller.
32 year old Ryder has played for New Zealand 88 times, including 22 T20 internationals. Fellow Kiwi Mitchell McClenaghan will be joining the stars for the tournament as well, coming into the squad to replace Lasith Malinga.
The Guyana Amazon Warriors have also announced a change to their squad replacing the injured Australian batsman, Chris Lynn, with Pakistan international Babar Azam. Azam was a vital part of the Pakistan team that won the ICC Champions Trophy in England in June. Defending champions Jamaica Tallawahs have not made any changes to their roster.
