Trinidad Express / Roxborough   Progressive Democratic Patriots (PDP) leader Watson Duke was almost arrested in his hometown of Roxborough on Friday, as he led a walk he termed “for a better Tobago”.  The representative for Roxborough/Delaford was warned repeatedly by police to end his walk/march as he was not given permission by the Commissioner of Police. “I can’t walk through town? I am walking to town,” Duke told police. Duke was almost arrested by police on several occasions.
