Jamaica Gleaner / Sheldon Sharpe: Keeping things on target
Sheldon Sharpe has displayed outstanding work and ownership of the Total Productivity Management (TPM) agenda, which gave the company a result at ‘target’ in the audit that was conducted in January. He displayed exemplary stakeholder management as he effectively mobilised the entire organisation around the TPM agenda.
Ainsworth Wright: Critical team player
Ainsworth (Bubba) Wright, line mechanic at Red Stripe, is credited with the upgrade of the Kettner Palletiser machine and taking full ownership of repair maintenance, resulting in the improved condition and output of this machine. He supports all packaging shutdown and played an integral role in the overhaul of the multipacker auto flex line. Wright has made a seamless transition from operator to mechanical technician, having capitalised on in-house training programmes to grow his capabilities.
