Trinidad Express / port of spain   RETIRED judge Rolston Nel­son, who was hired by Angostura Holdings Ltd (AHL) to investigate a sexual harassment claim against its chairman, Dr Rolph Balgobin, said yesterday those calling for his report to be made public must understand the company’s whistle-blower policy protects the identity of the claimant. Nelson was responding to concerns over the AHL board’s dismissal of the claim against Balgobin, which was brought by a female execu­tive last year through the company’s whistle-blower facility.
