Trinidad Express / RELATIVES and friends of missing Carapo woman Coreen Singh returned on Tuesday to the area in St Augustine where her vehicle was found the day before.

The group searched the area around Tantrill Road.

Singh, 25, was last seen by her family on Saturday when she told them that she was going to Trincity Mall.

She left her home at Kelly Street, Peytonville, at around 6 p.m. and has not been seen since.

However, her family later found out from one of Singh’s friends that she was expected to meet someone regarding her divorce.

Relatives said that Singh had been recently threatened by someone close to her.

Singh had been married for approximately four years but had separated from her husband at least six months ago.

She worked as a supervisor at Xtra Foods Supermarket in Arima.

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service issued an appeal to the public to assisting in finding her.

Singh is of mixed descent, 1.5 metres (five feet) tall, medium built with a brown complexion and long black hair.

She was last seen wearing a white top with a pair of blue jeans and white sneakers.
