RJR News /   National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang has revealed that the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) has been losing staff to more lucrative employment contracts in the private sector.   The House of Representatives on Tuesday approved the Senate’s amendments to the MOCA Act, paving the way for the entity to be established as an autonomous body to fight organised crime in Jamaica.   However, Dr. Chang said the next step is to ensure MOCA is adequately staffed.   He noted that the agency has been having a hard time keeping some of its current staff as they are being recruited by agencies since they are talented and well trained investigators.
