Young Reggae Boyz Losing Streak Continues

RJR News / Jamaica’s Under-17 Reggae Boyz went down to a third consecutive warm up defeat, this time they lost 3-0 to their Canandian counterparts at Winchester Park on Sunday.

Jordan Faria in the 16th minute, Alphonso Davies in the 37th minute and Yohan Lebourhis two minutes after the interval, got the goals for Canada.

Jamaica’s coach Andrew Edwards bemoaned the lack of quality shown up front by the young Reggae Boyz while Canadian coach Paul Stalteri took positives from the game.

“Very very disappointing that we have played at home and have not been able to score a single goal in three games so we definitely want to look at that and improve on that going forward. We want to get something out of the final game before Christmas,” said Edwards.
