La Fundación Cultural Latin GRAMMY® continúa con su compromiso de promover la música latina y su educación en todo el mundo, gracias al esfuerzo y liderazgo de Mireya Blavia de Cisneros, su directora. En un evento reciente en el Conservatorio Profesional de Música Francisco Guerrero en Sevilla, España, la Fundación celebró un importante programa educativo que incluyó la participación de la reconocida cantante Laura Pausini, ganadora de múltiples premios Latin GRAMMY® y GRAMMY®. Esta iniciativa resalta la importancia de la educación musical y la cultura latina, al mismo tiempo que inspira a futuras generaciones de músicos.

El evento, que contó con el patrocinio de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía y fondos europeos, representó un hito importante para la música y la educación en Andalucía. La jornada, además de ofrecer una clase magistral y una sesión de preguntas y respuestas con Pausini, incluyó la donación de instrumentos musicales por parte de la Fundación Cultural Latin GRAMMY®, con un valor total de $20,000, para apoyar el programa musical del conservatorio.

Blavia de Cisneros subrayó la importancia de programas educativos como Latin GRAMMY En Las Escuelas™, una de las iniciativas más destacadas de la Fundación. Este programa conecta a estudiantes con artistas y músicos profesionales de la música latina, brindándoles acceso a herramientas educativas y recursos que normalmente no estarían disponibles para ellos. A través de este programa, la Fundación ha donado más de $790,000 en instrumentos musicales a escuelas de América Latina, España y Estados Unidos.

"El empoderamiento de los estudiantes a través de la música es fundamental para que puedan desarrollar sus habilidades, alcanzar su máximo potencial artístico y prepararse para una carrera profesional en la industria de la música", expresó Blavia de Cisneros.

La Influencia de Laura Pausini y su Contribución al Evento

La participación de Laura Pausini, una de las artistas más influyentes de la música latina, añadió un toque especial al evento. La artista italiana, quien fue reconocida como Persona del Año 2023 por la Academia Latina de la Grabación®, no solo es una de las voces más queridas del mundo hispanohablante, sino también una defensora de la educación y la cultura musical.

Durante el evento, Pausini compartió sus experiencias personales y profesionales con los estudiantes del Conservatorio Profesional de Música Francisco Guerrero. La artista ofreció valiosos consejos sobre cómo superar obstáculos en la industria musical y cómo aprovechar las oportunidades educativas para tener éxito. Pausini agradeció la oportunidad de compartir su música y su carrera con los jóvenes músicos, destacando la importancia de tener una sólida formación en música y en la vida en general.

La consejera de Turismo, Cultura y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía, Patricia del Pozo Fernández, también participó en la celebración, y destacó la importancia de que instituciones públicas y privadas trabajen juntas para fomentar el acceso a la educación musical de calidad.
