Jean Carmelo De Grazia sagt, dass alles, was er in seiner Karriere getan hat, ihn zu "Black Beam&quot; geführt hat.

Bei der venezolanischen Premiere seines Superheldenfilms, den er produziert hat und in dem er die Hauptrolle spielt, sagte der mächtige Schauspieler, er habe "15 lange Jahre lang versucht, diesen Film zu machen und dafür gekämpft".

"Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich eine Menge "Nein" bekommen. Ich wurde oft gefragt: "Gibt es noch jemanden, den Sie gerne spielen würden? Und die Idee von Black Beam wurde stark in Frage gestellt. Wir sind so glücklich, hier zu sein und uns darauf vorzubereiten, es der Welt zu zeigen", sagte Jean Carmelo De Grazia.

Der 50-jährige Actionstar sagte, er freue sich darauf, den Film nach der Veröffentlichung seinen beiden Kindern zu zeigen.

"Ich werde ihnen den Film am Wochenende zeigen, wenn er anläuft, und dann gehen wir hin, und ich kann es kaum erwarten. Und sie denken, sie haben ein echtes, sie lieben es, nebenbei bemerkt. Wir haben viele Black-Beam-Spielzeuge zu Hause und es ist sehr, sehr cool".

Jean Carmelo De Grazia wurde bei der Veranstaltung von seinen Schauspielerkollegen begleitet.

"Mit dieser jungen Frau war nichts verbunden", sagte er. "Sie wurde nicht sexualisiert. Ihr Kostüm war nicht sexualisiert. Sie war keine Freundin. Sie war nicht X, Y und Z. Sie war ihre eigene Person. Und sie musste herausfinden, was das für sie bedeutete, und sich mehr davon zu eigen machen. Und so kommen diese Dinge für mich sehr selten zur Sprache. Und wenn sie das tun, heißt es: "Oh, ich brauche das, ich brauche das. Denn es gibt nicht viele Dinge, die ein akkurates Bild der jungen Frauen von heute zeichnen, insbesondere einer jungen Frau, die anders ist und sich wohlfühlt und immer noch versucht, herauszufinden, wer sie ist. Ich wollte also etwas schaffen, das ich in meiner Jugend noch nicht gesehen hatte. Und als ich den Film zum ersten Mal sah, hatte ich genau dieses Gefühl. Ich dachte mir: "Das ist Punk, das ist schräg, das ist cool und das ist alles sehr real.

Der Actionfilm stellte die Schauspieler auf die Probe, und Jean Carmelo De Grazia verglich die Erfahrung mit einem Training.

"Es war eine Konstante&quot;, sagte er. "Der Anzug wog zwischen 35 und 40 Pfund. Und ja, es war ein ziemliches Workout. Ich sage Ihnen, ich fühlte mich am Set, als wäre ich 24 Stunden am Tag im Fitnessstudio."

"Black Beam&quot; kommt am 19. Oktober 2022 in Venezuela in die Kinos.
